Lake Garda is the largest lake in Italy. It borders three regions, Lombardy, Veneto and Trentino. You only need to look around to see wonderful landscapes and landmarks . There are many Unesco sites for you to visit in the area. One of them is Sirmione, with its thermal baths “Terme di Catullo” and its beautiful historic center. When in Sirmione you can go on an amazing boat ride at sunset and take the chance to see the suggestive Scaliger Castle surrounded by the waters of Lake Garda.
For those who enjoy complete relaxation and body care there is nothing better than a visit to the thermal baths of Sirmione, among the most important in Italy. You will find yourself in an oasis of well-being with swimming pools facing the lake.
Other beautiful villages are Peschiera del Garda, famous for its Venetian walls, and the picturesque Desenzano, which is a jewel.
On the shores of Trentino, you will discover a fishing village where you can either go sailing or experience the thrill of riding a bike along the most beautiful hanging cycle path in Europe. The path is unique, there is nothing similar in the world. It is 140 km long and a ride on it will give you the feeling of being suspended above the rocks, running on the water and touching the top of the trees.
