The landscape of the vineyards stretches between plains and hills and reaches the sea. The gates of the historic cellars and small niche farms are open to lovers of good drinking. A journey through original and high-quality wines: some, like the Cagnulari, are produced only in these parts; others, like the vermentino di Gallura, a white wine with an intense aroma and flavor, have found in the Nurra their ideal habitat. One of the distinctive characteristics of Sardinian wine is the presence of vineyards of native varieties such as Cannonau and Vermentino, often cultivated on granite soils, kissed by the sun and the mistral. Areas such as Gallura, Alghero, and Mejlogu are home to prestigious estates that produce wines of great personality, including the renowned Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, the only DOCG on the island, an authentic expression of the territory and its winemaking vocation.
