Across just over four hectares lie seven distinct vineyards, each with its own unique character. The aim is to preserve and elevate this remarkable diversity. Great wines are always born in particularly suitable territories. At the beginning of the season, suckering and removal of non-productive shoots are important operations to improve exposure and therefore the microclimate of the bunch. The ratio between leaves and bunches is fundamental, optimal for the ripening of the grapes; On the basis of this principle, topping and defoliation interventions are adapted.
